Upon booking, a £25 deposit is payable in order to reserve your appointment and is redeemable against your treatment. The booking fee is non-refundable in the event of non-attendance. Should you wish to reschedule your appointment please use the link on your booking confirmation 48 hours prior to treatment.

We are not able to treat those who are medically unfit for treatment. For a list of exclusions please contact us prior to booking and if you have a known medical condition or are taking any medication that could contraindicate your treatment it is your responsibility to check with us prior to booking any treatments with us. If you book treatment without checking this first we have the right to refuse on this basis and any booking fees will be lost. Please ensure you contact us before you book to avoid this happening. 

Pregnant or breastfeeding women and anyone under the age of 18 cannot have aesthetic treatments, Photo ID will be required for anyone under the age of 25.

 

As part of your treatment, you will be required to complete a medical questionnaire in which we will ask questions about your medical history. It is your responsibility to disclose all information required and Dermaline Aesthetics will not be held responsible for anything not disclosed.

 

Changes to your medical status must be relayed to Dermaline Aesthetics before any further treatments are carried out.  This is your responsibility to update us with accurate medical history if you visit us for further treatment.
