GDPR/ PRIVACY POLICY

GDPR is the new EU regulation regarding the processing and privacy of personal data. It has been designed to give individuals greater accessibility and control over the data that companies and organisations hold about them, and how it is used.

GDPR replaces the existing Data Protection regulations which were first implemented in 1997.

Consent will always be obtained before sharing any imagery taken by Dermaline Aesthetics on Social media or third party platforms such as the website. If you do not wish for your imagery/ video content to be shared you will be required to state this on our consent forms ahead of your treatment.
