1. BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposits and Payments:
• All deposits are strictly non-refundable
• Consultation deposit: £25 (redeemable against treatment if proceeding)
• Treatment deposits may be required for certain procedures

Cancellation Terms:

A £25 deposit is required to secure all appointments at Dermaline Aesthetics. This deposit is redeemable against your treatment but is non-refundable if appointments are cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time.

Rescheduling:
• Free rescheduling with more than 48 hours notice using booking confirmation link
• Within 48 hours: Subject to availability and a £25 rebooking fee
• All rescheduling fees are non-refundable

2. MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS AND ELIGIBILITY

Age Restrictions:
• No treatments provided to persons under 18 years of age
• Photo ID required for clients under 25 years old

Medical Conditions:
• Clients must be medically fit for treatment
• Treatments are not available for pregnant or breastfeeding women
• Prior consultation required for clients with medical conditions or taking medication
• Contact clinic before booking if unsure about medical eligibility
• Non-disclosed medical conditions resulting in treatment refusal will forfeit booking fees

3. MEDICAL INFORMATION

Client Responsibilities:
• Completion of medical questionnaire is mandatory
• Full disclosure of medical history required
• Obligation to update Dermaline Aesthetics of any changes to medical status
• Client responsible for checking treatment suitability before booking

4. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

Information Handling:
• All client information handled in accordance with GDPR
• Medical records and personal data stored securely
• Privacy policy available upon request

5. TREATMENT TERMS

Consultation Process:
• £25 deposit required for consultation booking
• Deposit redeemable against treatment
• 45-minute consultation provided
• Bespoke treatment planning offered

6. REFERRAL PROGRAM

• £40 voucher available for referring friends (applicable to treatments over £250)

7. CLINIC RIGHTS

Dermaline Aesthetics reserves the right to:
• Refuse treatment on medical grounds
• Request additional medical information
• Cancel or reschedule appointments if necessary
• Update terms and conditions without prior notice
